Voice Call problem on my YM?

got problem on my YM voice call, i cant use d voice call with invidual calling (on window) with my friend i can only use my voice call if im using conference room.Why is it that the icon for calling in invidual window(while i'm chatting with friend) is not active. IN short i cant call a friend thru PC while i'm on YM. Do i need subscription or something?Please help

It might be because the person you are trying to call hasn't installed Yahoo Messenge completely
