Where can I find a hotel that will accommodate for small birthday party in the San Jose area?

You might want to try renting out the Ball Room at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Milpitas off Calaveras Blvd (it's not too much of a distance from San Jose) plus the neighborhood is much better. I believe the cost is anywhere between $250-$300 for several hours. You will have to put down a deposit (i think it's $200 deposit) they will give it back to you. It's just to ensure your rental & put on hold on the Ball Room for you. It's pretty elegant for the price you pay. That's the cheapest one I know about, anything else in San Jose will probably be more expensive. GOOD LUCK & HAVE FUN.
