Is this against the law? the "boss" of a company employing about 52 employees has a birthday"party". Three nude strippers enter the party which is held in a conference room on the premises which are leased. The stippers do lap dances with the male attendees. Then the party gets raunchy. The boss has sex with all three strippers. Openly. Then the strippers pick other men who they also have sex with. The strippers perform oral sex. The male emplyees do the ame. All of this is done in the open.A porn movie is shown.
Before the party, the employees are given a "release" to sign if they want to attend. It releases "(co.name), officers, etc from all actions, claims, demands, etc. accruing ..and resulting in any wrongdoig in connection with the "party".
All of the attendees were over 21. Some left before show got too "raunchy."

I don't think it's an issue of illegality, but it sounds like the employees have a good case for a civil claim of sexual harassment. Having something like this happen in a workplace seems highly inappropriate in the first place, and it certainly blurs the boundaries between personal and professional. It's an easy leap to suggest that having this sort of event in the workplace creates an atmosphere of hostility towards women and towards others who believe this stuff is inappropriate. I think the unhappy employees could make an argument that signing a release form in this context isn't really voluntary. In other words, not attending the boss' party makes them look bad, so they feel compelled to sign and attend.

Not only that, but this constitutes "pimping" if the strippers were paid for the sexual acts.

The waiver just shows pre-meditation, it doesn't excuse the lack of inappropriateness and control.

the only way that this could be wrong is if sexual harrasment occurs in which will probably happen when people realize what they have done and doesn;t want to be embarrsed so they claim sexual assult.most likely the strippers could have a huge case against the men if any of them call it rape.
