Why is it that there are so few racial minorities with a Team Lead position? Is the company only promoting a Token amount of racial diversity in its work force? The poster about having racial diversity in the conference room must be just for show then. I don't know, but I worked at one for 2 months, and quit...was the worst job I ever had.
