YM wont allow me to view what other people are writing to me.I can see what i am writing to them.?

When i im someone or they im me it always comes up with a msg box saying internet explorer script error, it says do i want to continue running scripts on this page yes or no.When i do press yes or no it brings up the box but still it wont allow me to see what the other person is writing but i can see what i am writing, its weird,i have tried twice downloading but its no use, when i invite someone into the conference room we both can see what we are writing to each other, its weird, please help...

Sounds familiar; not lately, but I know what you're saying...

Seems I used to close Messenger and reopen it. In general, that seems to fix major issues. But you've already tried reloading twice... Messenger et al, rather than just Messenger, I hope. I've never had the script error with Messenger, but do get it sometimes with other programs, Bearshare being a good example, but it still works for me.

Other than maybe someone's text being set to white... I've experienced a few situations where I couldn't see what I'd typed until I one day ran my cursor over it and did something else (sorry, can't remember just what else I did) to finally make it appear ... But it hasn't happened in good while.
