I can't receive my voice messages on yahoo messenger? |
Im logged in.But I can't receive voice messages that people leave.The screen just comes up white.It pops up if someone leaves me one.But I can't open it or hear it like before cause when I pull up the screen.Like I said it shows white.Ive had audio problems with yahoo even after Installed truspeech as far music on rooms or mic conferences.Now its working for the moment.But my voice messages are DOA...How do I fix this?Id try to redownload the messenger,but it always says an error has accured and would I like to retry.And I put yes and it never downloads.I don't even remember how Iactually got it to finally download ontop my computer.So i totally give up trying to redownload it again as I fear I won't be so lucky.Help...Someone...anyone.Please! :( Here's a link to Yahoo Messenger Voice Help where you will find the information you need to test your equipment, activate and use Yahoo Messenger Voice features: |
