Is Yahoo going to fix Yahoo Chat so one can actually get into the chat rooms?

Every time I try to get into a Yahoo chat room I get a message that the conference doesn't exist, I get in the room but can't type or see the chat or I get a message that says "signing into chat took longer than expected please try again later". I have been chatting on Yahoo for years and I like to keep up with a few of the "chat friends".

Yahoo! has different customer care centres for different facilities like messenger customer care, 360 customer care, mail customer care etc. Which customer care u want to contact?

I believe chat is a liability for Yahoo! so they are phasing it out. By slowly phasing it out the users will drop off one by one over time, if they were to suddenly drop the service there would be an outcry from the community that had deveolped over the years and it would be a pr headache.
