What is the funniest movie scene you ever saw?

I am talking about a scene so funny, that when you think about the scene even today, you have to laugh to yourself. I'll start out... for me it is Naked Gun where Leslie Nielsen forgets to take off the microphone at a news conference, and goes to the men's room, and proceeds to broadcast his tinkling to the entire audience, and he closes out the broadcast with the unthinkable. Silly, childish, but freakin' hilarious! I remember that the entire theater was ROFL.

A close second is Jerry Lewis' Errand Boy, where he sells "25 cents worth of jelly beans." Jerry Lewis is the greatest modern comic genius.

I love the scene in The Whole Nine Yards when Matthew Perry walks into his hotel room and sees Bruce Willis sitting there. He freaks out, turns to run out of the room and slams into Michael Clark Duncan and falls down, while Michael just stands there unfazed. I swear when I saw that movie on DVD the first time, my husband and I watched that scene 4 times in a row, falling on the floor laughing!

In There's Something About Mary, when Ben Stiller gaets his penis stuck in his zipper.

The part in Planes, Trains,and Automobiles, where Steve martin and John Candy are driving the wrong way on the interstate and go between two semi trucks. Actually this whole movie is gut bust'n funny.

There are few scenes from Zoolander that dont leave me giggling half to death. If I had to pick one I'd go with the orgy scene when that sherpa is nodding with that stupid grin on his face. I'm laughing right now.

The scene in Police Academy where the Commandant is standing at the podium, and discovered a prostitute is inside the podium (he 'discovers' this when she unzips his pants).

The scene in While You Were Sleeping right after Sandra Bullock has Christmas with the Callahan family and she falls asleep on the couch--there is a five second scene of a newspaper delivery boy on a bike who totally wipes out on the concrete. I have seen the movie about 15 times and I've watched that scene at least twice every time.

I remove all liquids from my vicinity whenever the Waxing scene from the 40 year Old Virgin comes on for they will surely fly out my nose.

OMG- I got thrown out of the theater and to this day I can't tell the part without laughing hysterically. TAXI- the part where Queen Latifah and Jimmy Fallon inhale the helium.....

I don't know if animation counts but I would have to say the extra movie clip from the Incredibles, Baby Jack Jack.

Pretty much any movie with Vince Vaughn....he is effin' hilarious!! But in Wedding Crasher's......
The scene when they were quail hunting in the woods and they were already dressed like Elmer Fudd, and Sak screamed out "quail" Vince Vaughn got shot in the a** and Owen Wilson went flting backwards...hahha....I almost pissed myself and I'm giggling now as I write this!! 8-)

i will have to second the There's something about mary..when he gets the zipper stuck and somehow manages to get the beans over the frank...WE HAVE A BLEEDER! that and I dont know if many have seen the family guy movie when stewie gets drunk and brian the family dog takes him to the bar to get him so drunk that he will never drink again..he sings the golden girls song perfectly. in the morning he wakes up roger moore written on his body..and then it shows a clip of roger moore by the phone with stewies number saying "gotta play this right, roger." I'd have to say the animal with Rob Schneider when he tried to get with the sheep and he got kicked to the other side of the field. That sh*t was so funny I can't stop laughing. I fell on the floor and tears came out of my eyes. I'm still laughing at it right now. My husband has refused to take me to the movies to see comedies. He said that I would embarrassed him. But he loves me so he'll take a chance and take me with stern warnings to control myself. LOL

hehe! watch brother bear (not the whole movie, its boring) with the commitary from the moose on it! they are the best canadian comiedians ever!! "oh yea, i talk to the spirits. just walk down to the nslc and you can talk for as long as you want!"

The rest of the movie suckd a** but the first five minutes of "date movie" was really funny. i nearly peed myself...

the funnest part in a movie would probably be in pirates of the caribbean 2 dead man's chest, when jack says "elizabeth.. hide the rum."

Better Off Dead is the best funny movie! John Cusack circa 1985. The whole thing has the best funny movie scenes, but I love "I want my two dollars" skiing!
