Meanwhile we already booked a hotel room in Hotel B in Takati. This is a little far from the area of Conference, but this is the only hotel that we could find so far.

cancelled- a 6 days reservation- the hotel has a high accupancy rate at that time, due to- give reservations to them.- we made reservations at hotel B in Takati, a little farther from - only hotel that was available til now - We are, however, still looking for a good hotel near the conferrence area.
