my fiance was at a work conference , when her drink was spiked at the bar after dinner . she remembers her last drink was offered to her by a guy . she was told days later that she was latched on to another girls breast in front of everyone which she doesnt remember in hearing this she was totally shocked and disturbed other flashbacks started coming back to her . she remembers snippets of the night only she remembers being outside somewhere with the guy that bought her that last drink . guy unzipped his pants in front of her face she said " no i have a fiance " and he replied " ive had my eye on you all day " she then vaguely remembers giving oral sex she then remembers the same guy having sex with her in a hotel room . mind you she never met this guy all day or the girl at the bar. in the hotel room she remembers jumping out of bed saying " i have a fiance i have to go home "
we reported it to the police and guess what ?? he got away with it........What Now

BUT I happened to think your FIANCEE is the one who got away with making YOU believe a likely story that even the POLICE (nor I) do NOT.

I felt like phoning their fiancees up and telling them NOT TO MARRY these women under ANY circumstances. Just imagine the most disgusting story you can . . and MULTIPLY IT.

To answer your question ... NO, that's just so wornd on so many levels. But, if the authorites can't do anything for you, then I'm not so sure anything can be done. Unless you know who the guy is and take things into your own hands, which could land you behind bars for a looooong time.

She needs to be more careful. There are plenty of those jerks out there putting roofies in women's drinks.

If she knows his name, she needs to give it to the police. If the police will not do anything, call your local tv station, newspaper, etc... and tell them that you can not get any response from your local police department after being raped by a man using roofies!!!

Tell her to go get an HIV and other STD test. She may be worse of than being raped!!

wow that sucks. This guys sounds like a pro, he might work the same hotel and do this to other unsuspecting women. Do she remember anything about him? I would suggest that you go back to the hotel/ conference area and see if she See's the same guy trying to pull this on another girl.

Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do--legally.

What I can suggest is this: If you know a hacker buddy, he can make things really difficult for him. A good hacker can be untraceable. You could also go & pay someone to go beat the crap out of him.

I'm really sorry that this happened to your fiancee. Lots of police figure that unless she looks "raped" that she's just someone who's trying to call wolf. It's a disgusting bias that unfortunately exists in the legal world.

If you are willing to do so, you may want to consult a lawyer about this matter. If your fiancee reported it they should have at least did more than randomly dismiss it. If she still has some of the clothes that she was wearing (and hasn't cleaned them) she can use them as evidence.

Is there more to the story? Why did he get away with it? It sounds to me like it was rape because she said "no" at least twice in your story and she was not in the right state of mind to be making any decisions. Also, he was the one who would have spiked her drink since he was the one who bought it for her. Was there no hard evidence? I think that you guys should definitely go back to the police station and talk to another detective (not just a man in blue). Good luck and I'm very sorry to hear that happened to her.
