Want to work w/ commercial realator, do they charge? |
I am currently searching for potential commercial space to start a clothing store. To speed up the process; I"m considering working with a commercial realator. Does anyone know if they charge a fee? Or do they charge the landlords once we have agreed upon a location? Commercial Realtors get paid by the seller or landlord to find tennants. If you want to pay them something extra I don't think they would mind. I don't charge my clients when I find them a place for their business. The selling broker is the one who pays me. Where are you looking to set up shop? I am in So. Cal, I would love to help you if you are in this area. |
