Can expansion of the base area of FUSELAGE of commercial passenger aircrafts be a good solution to prevent incidents of bottom pinching or bottom slapping of AIR-HOSTESSES by pervert male passengers like the one that happened in MUMBAI in a GO AIR aircraft when one passenger took advantage of the situation and did that shameful act to one AIR-HOSTESS as she was leading him to his seat before the takeoff. Expanding the fuselage area will give more space for the AIR-HOSTESSES to walk and prevent their body from being in close proximity to the passengers.

Dear Mister M even murdering someone is not close to normal behaviour but we have security personnel and watchmens don't we! As simple as that!

I think it is a good idea. Sometimes, don't look at profit alone. Airlines might profit lesser, but at least human morale is keep upright!

Perhaps it would be less expensive for companies that individuals like this are charged for sexual assault, instead of changing the whole base area of aircrafts, unless a great number of Mumbai males have these tendencies.

A) Bottom pinching is not even close to normal behaviour of men. These instances are exceptions, not the rule.

B) You appear to have a major issue, judging from other questions & answers you've given towards men as a class.

[ Paternity fraud isn't normal behaviour - but we don't have mandatory DNA testing... False allegations of rape aren't normal, but we still don't protect those accused ] See my point?

How about taping the pervert's hands down to his sides? That's a whole lot cheaper of a solution.

Your idea would decrease fuel efficiency and drive ticket prices up.

The best thing would be to prosecute the man for assault when he gets off the plane and make an example of anyone who does this.

Puss in Boots is right, removing the offender from the air craft with out reimbursement and possible legal ramifications should be the proper route to go.
