Commercial space remodel question - What amenities should be there? |
I will be remodeling an old victorian house ( 8000 sq. ft.) into office space with a main conference room and reception area. Since everything will be apart what would be the best options to install now while I have easy access to everything. i.e. , network wiring, alot of electrical outlets, etc. ??? . It already has restrooms, kitchens. Network wiring and very ample electrical wiring. The conference room should have a counter for coffee, donuts, etc, or space for a table. Lights that dim, speakers for sound if it is very large. Alarms system for security, perhaps some cameras, especially at doors, even outdoors. Make sure you have adequat HVAC vents. Break room for employees with fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Nobody wants to wash somebody else's cups. |
