What must we do in Wellington to improve access to commercial rental space?

In my opinion, the current government is wasting resources (time, money, staff) on the wrong projects. They need to cut out the red-tape and be less bureaucratic.

Not sure about across the pond there but I would bet if they had a OPEN public assessable MLS of all property " mandatory"they price would be fair and true market rate.

As fare as rental goes not sure but as fare as selling oes this should be done. Also it need to be done with housing , since the current way they the REALTORS can and have been hidden inventory to make a false shortage and thus drive up prices.
