What do I need to set up a bar/restaurant?

I have a beautiful commercial space where it were used to be a restaurant. There are 12 booths, lamps working, bar in place (broken surface, spaguetti dispenser tubes out of place, wall behind bar with huge broken mirror), walls to remove to expand the dance floor (right now there is only carpet - I plan to install wood floor 'bruce by Armstrong' - ). I don't know if I need to hire an interior designer, a construction person, an electritian or if all of them comes in a package (somebody told me that I should look for a consultor - I've do not know anything about it - ). I already have the necesary permits, insurance and a lawyer in case I need to cover any paperwork. I would appreciate also know about prices. My budget is limited (10,000 for dance floor and 20, 000 for all the rest, do I have enough?). I really need your help. Thank you in advance.

You should hire a construction consultant, general contractor, someone who has done bars/restaurants before. It always costs more than you planned. Be prepared!

Seriously, lots of capital.

Most businesses (especially restaurants) fail due to undercapitalization.

However much money you think you need, increase it by an extra 50%

I am a bartender...when people go to bars, they don't want to eat a meal. They may snack on wings or chicken fingers to dilute the alcohol, but they want to dance, not sit. Get rid of most of the tables and the food processors and replace it with a ceiling mirror ball, some blue lights, linolieum flooring, and a deep fryer.
