I WANT OT TERMINATE MY 3 YEAR LEASE EARLY? |
I want to leave the commercial space I have a lease for 3 years one year early can my landlord take me to court to make me pay for the year left or that will be to expensive for him . I am giving notice anyway. Read your lease. There are provisions for terminating a lease. You will probably have to pay a fee but again, that should be stipulated in the lease. Work with the owner. Don't be hostile. They have the legal right to hurt you financially or they can be nice and help you out. Don't make them mad. They can get you for the year you left and for a lease breaking fee (for my apt that is $2000). |
