a glass tower with 5 floors for commercial space. im asking how much would i be looing at if i built in south texas. about $55million. I would say bout, 62million in cash. i think about 120 million after you give the bush family friends their cut. i would say about 79 million u better be rich I would count about $300-$500 per Sqft so if you have 10,000 Sqft per floot then 5 stores is 50,000 Sqft |
