Can one have TWO yahoo email addresses, and if so, how can I set up the second one?

If someone can take a moment to give me a step by step on this, it will help a lot.
Even if I have to begin with "go to the address bar
and enter www.yahoo-set-up-a-second e-mail- box.com"
or something that simple!!!
Please don't assume that I know much at all!!!!

I find when I open the account that I PAY for, then there
seems to be no commercial space or link for me to go to
for creating
a second one. Or if it is there, I don't know what I am looking at!
I am not so super-duper at instructions, so any clarity will be most helpful! Thanks!

Yes, you can have two E-mail addresses in one account. To set up the second one, follow the steps below:
1. Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page and select Mail Options.
2. From the list on the left, click Accounts.
3. The second half of this page is called "Extra Mail Address." Click Get Started and follow the instructions to create an extra mail address.

Note: When you create an extra mail address, it appears in the list of Yahoo! Mail accounts shown on this page. To help prevent spamming, an extra address can only be changed twice in one year.

If you mean you want to open a second one that is free, you don't need to open your existing account at all. Just go to www.yahoo.com as if you didn't already have an account and where it says "free mail" click on sign up.

If you are signed in already, sign out so you go to the original sign in screen. Under the place where you usually sign in is "Don't have a Yahoo ID? Sign up."

Click on the "Sign Up" Link...

On this page, create an account, making no reference to your other account. Basically, you just ignore all the requests to sign in using your other account...

Of course, you need a new user name and password.

you can add extra E-mail addresses to your account.
Go to your Yahoo! Mail page,
click 'Options' at the upper-right of mail window ('Mail Options' for Beta).
Click 'Mail Addresses' under 'Management' heading,
click '[Get Started]' under 'Extra Mail Address' heading.
Type your ID,click 'Check Availability' and if available, click 'Choose'. Suppose it's 'xyz'
then xyz@yahoo.com will be your extra alternate ID.

OR sign up for a brand new one as a new user
Click the link fill up the form and proceed thru instructions given in the incoming pages:

when the registration is ccomplete you 'll get a free Yahoo! Mail account.

***Remember your all information submitted there with proper letter case as you'll type exactly,specially your password,other info are need to retrieve your password if forgotten or stolen (hacked).

click free mail: sign-up

enter all the info needed like your first name, last name (indicated by a tiny orange star)

there create a yahoo email address name like star_200@ yahoo.com or something, and a password just make sure they arent the same as your first email address

be sure to create a security question in case you forget your password and write down the answer somewhere safe...

enter the registration verification code

then click I agree button below the terms of service

Then there you go another email adreess
