Translate loft in spanish?

Loft as in factory, warehouse or other commercial space turned into a house or apartment.

I had to write the question again because I dont think people understood.

Loft_= 脕tico, Desv谩n
Basement/Cellar = S贸tano
Now, for condos, in spanish we say Departamento tipo LOFT... (Loft-style apartment). So there's not really any other way to say it.

That麓s what we call in in Argentina, just "loft"

It is said the same in Spanish because the word comes from English.

脕tico (being the most commonly used)
Desv谩n (somewhat common)
Buhardilla (not common)

NOW, if you want to be more specific you just have to say:

People from Chile use the word 鈥渁lmac茅n鈥?br> Mexicans use the word 鈥渂odega鈥?(I recommend you to use this one since mostly Mexicans live in the U.S.)

We say "谩tico" in Spain, but "loft" is ok.
