The new arbys monkeys commercial?

you know the new one whith the monkeys dancing to the irish sounding music and the scientists are amazed by the sandwiches? well in it the monkeys only have four toes! they zero in on there feet and there are 2 toes then a space were another toe is supposed to be then a last toe on the end. can someone tell me why its like this?

Yes, you are right. They are actually chimpanzees. Anyways, the people who did the special effects made a mistake obviously. They used computer animation to make it seem like the chimps were really dancing, and they forgot those details. Good work, you notice that. I didn't. You are very observative. Because of this, chimpanzees are unable to walk with their hands flat; when walking on all fours, only the knuckles of their hands touch the ground. Unlike human feet, chimpanzee feet also have an opposing toe, but it is used mainly for climbing and for walking on precarious footing. The foot is rarely used for picking up objects. So the people who made the commercial had to use computerized special effects and animation to make those monkeys dance.
