What are the potential problems with unventilated craw spaces? (totally enclosed concrete under concrete floor |
the building is commercial construction in which there is a room on top of a completely enclosed, non-ventilated foundation with significant hollow space underneath a concrete floor. Can mold or other problems make their way through a concrete floor causing an odor or other problems? Moisture retention will be the first problem...it's usually not heard of for mold to go all of the way through concrete, but it is possible. |
