What game is it?

Either late in 2006 or early 2007 there was a commercial on tv where a military commander is moving troops with an electronic screen. I think he defending Paris. He launches some helicopters and it looks like the good guys will win, but then enemy planes shoot them down. His boss tells him there is no way the enemy can take control of Paris, so he decides to blow the city up with a missile from a satellite in space. Can anyone tell me what game it is?
