Has anyone bought a LARGE flat-screen TV, only to despise the logo "spam" in the corners?

Come on. You probably spent a thousand dollars or more for this great TV. Maybe $3.00 to $4.00 for every precious square inch of pure color.

Now, you watch regular TV, On-Demand, Cartoon Network, and especially the news channels. Then, you discover that you have spam on the bottom corners. Animated spam too, and that is taking up about $30.00 worth of your pixels, on screen. These aren't just commercials, they are promos to tout about how great their next show is going to be. Little reminders to help you not to forget to watch the next episode.

Doesn't this pi艣艥 you off, knowing that your 42 inch TV is actually 38 inches or less because this crappy spam is occupying valuable space?
