Sesame Street Illco Antique Toy Question PLESAE HELP?

I have searched the internet and to no avail I have a toy it is about the size of a luch box yellow with a red handle. It has a clear window and when you wind it up and push down the lever elmo and grover will tap dance. It says it is an illco toy from jim hanson productions, and it was made in Macau. I would love to know about it and have searched everywhere does anyone know about antique toys. This seems to be made in the 1980's ish and I would like to know if there are any appraisers around delaware ohio I could take it too if no one here knows about it. Thanks and let me know if you need more info. I think it is called Grover and Elmo and their Dancing Feet.

Illco was a knock-off and produced many childrens toys that featured Disney and sesame street.... it was later acquired by Tyco after several recalls due to the small pieces in their toys being faulty...

I am still looking but have yet to find this exact piece.....
