Im in love with a guy,but he just dessapear when i feel this,what i will do?

im working in a fashion,i just dont know that somebody is admiring me,his an american guy actually,we are in good terms if i have free time in work,we go and eat together during break time,his looking at me even in duty time his working opposite of shop so its just easy for him to look at me,until he transfer in other mall to work,now its hard for us to communicate always as im so busy in my work,sames as him,we are just calling by phone,until time comes that he want me to be his side or he want that we will meet always,but i cannot cause wher staying far,then he start to say that he dont want anymore our relationship like longdistance relationship cause we are not meeting,then told me if you do love you have to make a way to see me,then try cause i dont want to hurt him,but he did not appreciate it,unitl i fall inlove with him cause i can see and feel he loves me to only he needs is my presence as will,but he says that he feel tired that im far,but we just in the same country only work is problem,i have a last contact with when he was sick we talk that alot that day,but the following day he just dessapear and his egnoring my call even my messeges i cant find any wrong thing ive than cause im already showed to him that he is also important to me.now im so sad because im starting the relationship to be ok,but he leave me.so hard for me actaully his very sweet guy,but i dont know why he do this to me,

Please i need answer how i will handle my feeling now,as somtimes im crying thinking about him.why he just leave me??????????
