What do you say about people who always volunteers you for something?

I have a so called friend who always triesto volunteers me for things that they can't handle themselves. What kind of friend is that.

That type of person is either incompetent or inconsiderate, and maybe a bit insecure. Of course if you are allowing this type of behavior then you are as much to blame as your friend. It is time to have a talk with your friend, explain in a FIRM but polite way that you would appreciate being consulted before they volunteer you for anything, and that as a friend you know they will honor your wishes. Should you be volunteered for ANYTHING without prior knowledge, tell your friend you refuse to do it and that they can explain to whoever is involved.

Tell them you will do your own volunteering if you are interested in it and to do what ones they are interested in and leave you alone.
