California..fed back please...last chance to my lawyer...not been responding...? help what to do next please..

I have been trying to reach you by phone, and by emails (CC ing Vicky as well) this entire week, but unfortunately I haven鈥檛 gotten any response yet.
I have already mentioned on your voice mail and stressed in my emails and explained how disappointed I was when I received a phone call from the opposing party鈥檚 auto insurance (Ceigo) telling me that they have received a letter from you stating that you are no longer representing me. Further, you have not given them any further information such as, to whom my case was transferred to.
I myself never received any letter like that from you. I called and emailed for explanation, and was frustrated, but, unfortunately apparently, my case is not getting the proper care.
From my call to Vicky while I was requesting updates on my case, I was shocked when told that my case was transferred to another lawyer with me knowing why and when and what for. As was told over the phone on that same call, that my new lawyer was Mr. xyz, and his phone # 000, but he never send me any formal letter, not even a phone call. I called last month, and 2x this week, and yet, I have no response, or even a letter to inform me that he really is my new representative to my case.
Who is handling my case now? According to 鈥楥eigo鈥? NO ONE. So, I am sending you this, and sending the other lawyer a letter, maybe I will find out his time who is really representing me, and what is going on with my case. Time is running out, and I have no much time in hand. In November 2008, 2 years will pass since my Auto accident.

my call to vicky his assistant was more than a month ago, and she never told me the reson for tranferring, becasue she no longer has my file, nor a letter was sent to me to inform me what why and to who was my case tranferred.

Let him know you have contacted the Bar Association....BTW...contact the Bar Association and the BBB...He has a responsibility to let you know what is going on.

You can go to the bar association but they just protect their own they lead you to beleave they are there for your protection but it is also for theirs. Good Luck

Lawyers, like other vermin, are attracted by bait-money. If they don't think there will be money they won't come.You should be leaning on your auto insurance company for answers.

This link will give you information about filing a complaint with the State Bar. Provide the Bar with the correspondence you sent to your attorney, and copy the complaint to the attorney.

The State Bar is very good about following up on legitimate complaints, and is not just there to protect attorneys.
