How should i handle a girl that says she wants to hang out but doesnt return my calls? PLEASE HELP?

heres the quick story:

ive known his girl for 4-5 yrs. met in a college class i '03... anyway... we partied together and hung out through the yrs. we both graduated.

since the first of the yr. id always see her out by the bars. wed stop talk to each other when we ran into each other. she tell me that we need to get together & get lunch & hang out more.

so 3 weeks ago she invites me to an 80s party of one of her friends. i go late. she & i talk awhile there. when i went to the bathroom she lightly slap my butt & both turned and smile. as we left we she tells me shes been talkin me up to all her friends. we both hugged & as i was getin ready to kiss her on the cheek she kissed me lips..

well, i thought i was golden or at the least looked promising. i called her that monday & left a message. and i called he 2 more times after i i got back from my sisters graduation. both times left a message.

i didnt call her all that much. i called her once a week. and i think i texted her once

i saw her out this past thurs& was goin to ignore her but i talked 2 her for a few minutes. she was at the bar we go to a lot. she came up to me whilw i was watchin a game with my friend. she left after she gave me a big kiss on the cheek. i tried to be short with her.

i dont know what to do next. one thing i do wonder is she just being nice to me bc im handicap. im handicap but im very independent (hell i go to bars! ect ect) but i get around in an electric scooter bc i cant walk real real long. i can walk tho.

im thinkin of ignoring her next time i see her and/or tell her im disappointed in her and tell her i dont like her fakeness to me and i dont need her pitty!

You being handicapped MIGHT be a reason why she's being SO friendly.................. or........... she might just be one of those people who are "Hey call me" and don't really mean it..........

There's also a chance that........... since you see her in bars and at parties........ she's drunk when you see her and when she's sober she's just not that into you.......

Either way........ I would say accept it for what it is... a bit of a flirty relationship that is fun when you see her and not any drama when you don't see her. Go and have fun.... and if you run into her, don't act all butt hurt... tell her hello, chat a bit... and if things go romantic that's great... and if they don't... that's okay too.

I think she is trying to be your friend.Not a girlfriend but a friend.She said she talked you up to her friends so she is trying to set you up with other girls.Let her be your friend and don't call her just see how it plays out.Good luck.

maybe you should get to know her better. ask her out to dinner, or do something fun with her, other than go to bars and drink. just try to be friends first and maybe she will think more of you than just a hookup.

Stop acting like a girl. When you see her, be nice. If you don't see her, don't worry about it. Don't think you can teach her a lesson by being cool towards her. Change to boxers, man. Your panties are bunching up on you way too much!

Try to let it go... sounds like she's a MAJOR flirt. Don't let her get to you. Move on to someone who wants to spend time with you as much as you want to spend time with them. Some girls just like to have a CROWD of googly eyed guys following them around and she sounds like one of those girls! Move on, bud, it's ok. Your "good girl" is out there waiting for you. Trust me. :)

I would wait for her to make the next move, and not call or text her anymore. If she wants to get together, she will get in touch.

If you do run into her it might not be a bad idea to ask her what's up with her? Does she really want to get together, or is it just something she says to be sociable. You can ask her in a nice way.
Otherwise I'd just let it go - she knows she can always call if she wants to.
