I really need help losing weight. 1. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'....to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week First of all, the best way to loose weight is to be healthy. Losing 10-20lbs in that amount of time, is not really healthy. 20 pounds in 2 months is achieveable. And about swimming do not get self conscious because you have realised that you need to lose weight and are doing something about it. So be proud about your decision. Swimming will give you a good workout, help you lose weight. Do you want to give up the best exercise which will help you lose weight and achieve your goal? Other things you can do besides swimming are go for long walks and join a gym if possible. Watch what you eat. Try eating a high protein diet. This diet with proper exercise will help you build muscles which will burn the fat. That way you will lose weight and will be able to keep it away. eat healthy portions just watch wat u eat try and find stuff in shows that is gd for u you can still have a nice meal and stay fit :) go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. no more carbs and dont eat after 7 |
