Please I really really really need help!!?!!?


I really need help losing weight.
I cant handle being chubby anymore!!
Even my friends call me fat.
Please help me I really need help to lose weight!
I really think I can do it.
I have from this Monday (May 26, 2008)
To Monday (August 4, 2008)
I auctully want to do 2 things before then.
!) Lose maybe 10-20 lbs
2) Get Flexible
Please help me..yes I have posted before.
None of it helped so pleaseee help me!!
I just really really need help.
I can't swim becuase Im self concious in my suit.
And running really hurts.
Pleaseeee I am begging for help
I dont know what to do



Please anwser!!!!!!

1. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'....to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.

5. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio

6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal...

8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...Stay focused on your goal and God bless you...

First of all, the best way to loose weight is to be healthy. Losing 10-20lbs in that amount of time, is not really healthy.

However, a crash course in dieting is what you're asking for.

My suggestions:

Drink as much water as possible. Do not drink anything other than water.

Cut back your calorie intake as much as you can handle. I once wanted to loose weight in a short amount of time and was having a calorie intake of 500 a day, and burning off 1,000 in exercise a day.

it won't be easy, but if you're determined to do this, do it.

After your time is up, you should really look into a more stable exercise routine. It doesn't all have to be vigorious. Simple stretching and walking will benefit you more than not doing anything.

Push yourself a little everyday, keep yourself motivated. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water.

20 pounds in 2 months is achieveable. And about swimming do not get self conscious because you have realised that you need to lose weight and are doing something about it. So be proud about your decision. Swimming will give you a good workout, help you lose weight. Do you want to give up the best exercise which will help you lose weight and achieve your goal? Other things you can do besides swimming are go for long walks and join a gym if possible. Watch what you eat. Try eating a high protein diet. This diet with proper exercise will help you build muscles which will burn the fat. That way you will lose weight and will be able to keep it away.

eat healthy portions
flexibility is simply stretching and push yourself but not too hard
Dot eat sweets if you do very small amounts
And dont be afraid to go out and power walk jog run ect if running hurts(it does for me cause of my knee)switch between jogging and walking.(sart at around the block then go farther.
If you have to go somewhere close by walk or ride a bike instead of driving
Simple things can do alot hope I helped.

just watch wat u eat try and find stuff in shows that is gd for u you can still have a nice meal and stay fit :)

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
