Sending this to my ex girlfriend who keeps contacting me after dumping me?

Hey (Name)....

I'll try to keep this as short as possible. I'm not asking, and haven't been asking anything of you but to just give me space so I can move on. I don't think you know how hard it is to go a week without talking to you, i get urges to txt and call you everyday and I've been trying as hard as I can to handle things right. I love you and I haven't done anything besides love you, the right way. I've heard things about what you have been doing and it hurts a lot but it's your choice and you deserve whatever it is you want. If you found somehting with someone else and it makes you happier then you were with me then i am happy for you. There is nothing I can do to rid myself of the feelings I have for you besides time and meeting new people, and I'm trying so hard. I know you may not mean to hurt me by messaging me but imagine being in my spot. I absolutely love you and that isn't going to change overnight. I hope you find real love and you are treated right.

Personally, I would find that irresistable. I think she'll be in your arms before the week's out.
Make sure you treats you right this time though. I think she regrets dumping you, otherwise she wouldn't keep contacting you. She knows that that makes it hard for you to move on. If she hurts you again though, you'll have to conclude that she's not worth your energy and let her go. But I think she wants to get back together with you.

Whatever the situation is, that right there sounds really good. Got that sincere thing going in there, and it sounds good. If that doesn't work, I would get a little upset, and probably ask her why she still is trying to contact you. Hear her out

It's very well put together, but add something at the end that is more emphatic about you wanting her to stop contacting you. I get the feeling the note you're going for is "I love you and enjoyed our relationship, but you need to stop trying to talk to me if this relationship is over." Right now, the note is simply, "I love you and enjoyed our relationship, but..." She might misunderstand it as a note telling her that you miss her. You have one line in the beginning, and one line at the end mentioning that she should stop contacting you, but they aren't strongly carried across.

It always helps if you end with the point you're trying to make. Perhaps put a line or two in the end saying something along the lines of, please just stop.
