How should I prepare myself for my 2nd interview at bank of america?

I have an interview with bank of america tommorow. I did the assessment at their call center and I guess a small interview/rundown with an associate there. I now have to attent my 2nd interview and I was just wondering what were some of the things I needed to make sure I knew of before I go through. The guy doing the 1st interview for me said to just research on the history of B of A. I went to their site and it wasn't too helpful.

I just need to know any specific questions to look out for other than previous customer service work and how I'd handle myself in a given scenerio.

Basically you answered you own question in your last paragraph. Other than dressing for the occasion, be relaxed and don't ask them too many questions. Your follow up interview will determine how you handle the public. If your math skills are fine and you get along with others even under stress you will get the job. They will give you a few weeks training which is really quite easy for someone who has the skills you have.

One thing you may need to know is the slogan...I worked their when I was 22 and they asked me during the interview the slogan...took me a while to remember. "Higher Standards." Just in the case they ask. I know this will not be too helpful, but they do throw curve balls so be on your toes.
