Employment law?

the manager at the office I work at has been really nasty to me lately, she leaves notes for my boss that I've done things that I have not done, she even hid my paycheck from me. last monday I was informed by the district manager that she wanted me out of that office(he even told me it was for personal reasons.) and apparently that was not enough for her so while the owner of the company was out of town she decided to take my raise that the owner just gave me so instead of 10 an hour I only received 9. I was really upset and called the owner he told me that he knew nothing about it and he would take care of it when he returned. can she do this I can handle nasty notes and the slander but is she allowed to take my money like that??

Of course she can't take 'your' money. But if she has wage control, it could be her decision how much to pay you. She would normally not be allowed to randomly deudct money or lower your wages, but she could stop a raise from going through. That's really between her and her boss.

As for the issue of her wanting you out, that is, I'm afraid, again between her and her boss. If they allow her to make hiring/firing decisions, then she can do that. You may be entitled to notice, compensation or severance, but that won't pay your bills now, will it?

NO, She CANNOT!!
Bring the Bytch up on "Harassment" charges with the Labor Board......You have a LEGAL right!
She may 'also' be doing this to others in your Office but, they are to Afraid to say anything or 'Press charges'.
Frankly, I am Surprised the District Mgr told you, "last monday I was informed by the district manager that she wanted me out of that office(he even told me it was for personal reasons.) " That in itself is (Personal Reasons) a Blatant reason to get her fired!!

That b*tch is trying to intimitate you. Don't let her. You need to work through the problems calmly with the owner, and be persistent. The money issue or any other issue should be dealt with in a professional manner. Your ATTITUDE will make all the difference when dealing with this. I've always found that when dealing with difficult people (clients, staff, bosses, etc.), NEVER EVER let them see your frustration, but be persistent in the resolving the problem. You want to get back at that b*tch, let her know that it doesn't bother you and that you know what to do about it. Show your confidence. Hope that helps!!!!!!
