he is 45yrs or may be little over is asking me out. I am in my early 30's.He was married for almost 20 yrs. with two kids 10 and 11yrs boys. He is very well established currently he lives in rental but planning to buy his own place have a 3 million shares in a company. his ex wife is CFO of the same company he is well educated and excellent verbally .
Decent physique and charming. My first dinner date with him was disastrous he called me" I am not so savvy鈥?although he said sorry and explained to me that he wanted to say I am not a fast girl like my generation 鈥渆xperts in men鈥檚鈥?Any ways I also did not like some of his PJ jokes like " he's got no short comings..." first time I did not even get it he explained . I did not like that why on first date some one will make sure you know about his pe*** is long enough. Too much for me to handle. I am currently not sexual active and not planning to be until I find the guy I like and plan to be with. I said no to him next day .He sent me text and email how horrible he is feeling for making a savvy comment .
I think I should give him a chance for lunch date and see how it goes鈥?/div>

See about any nephews, younger brothers, but a 45 yr old can put a lot of younger people in their place. Old age and treachery beats youth and enthusiasm every time.

His age wouldn't be a problem. His creepy jokes would. Why waste your time on someone who you didn't quite like. So what he has a steady job. You get married to a guy not to his paycheck hoepfully. He sounds pathetic to me.
45 year old can perform, but will you like the performance is another question.

He is respecting you like any middle-aged man respects a much younger woman he keeps around solely for ornamental reasons.

He may be older than you in chronological age, but as for maturity, he is just a sad little boy.

You mentioned his financial status and stated that he is "established" twice. Who cares how well established he is... the only thing that he has really established is that he is a jerk! If you want to compromise your self respect and settle just because of what you think that you may get from this relationship.... then you might as well go ahead and give him a shot, but what type of example will you be setting for your children. Obviously there are some concerns about your values... i'll pray for you!
