I wanna be a woman... :(?

I have no chest. im 15. this sucks. i also have not had my period... my mom had hers when she was 14. whats wrong with me? i want to be able to have babys!! haha jk.

But ya i wish i had some boobs to show off with a nice bikini. and the weird thing is i have tons of pubic hairs. When do you think ill get it??? my Dr told me in like october ill get it soon but thats obviously a lie.... im tired of people calling me flat as board. u probably think its funny but its not its just annoying. and guys usually go for the big boobed girls. not for the flat ones. and im about the only girl in my grade that has not gotten her period yet. which is kinda upsetting. i want to be a WOMAN!!!!!!!!

Guessing when the first period will arrive is crystal ball territory. Your doctor is probably guessing based on your heredity and secondary sexual development. As far as boob growth goes, that's determined by your genetics and will happen when it happens. You may just not be destined to be generously endowed. At the moment, you are just a later bloomer than some, that's all. If your period doesn't show up by the time you are 16, then it's time to start looking for solutions. Being a woman is a lot more than having periods and boobs. It's also a state of mind and a manner of behaving. And as far as the fellows going for the big chested girls- yeah, that's an old story. On the other hand, wouldn't you really like a guy who looked at your face, and not your chest? Are you planning to choose your bf by the size of the bulge in his shorts? The puberty fairy thumps you when it's your turn, and nothing you can do is going to change that. Being flat chested is okay, at least it means you won't sag in old age. I'm sure you don't find this funny or amusing, and I'm not laughing at you at all. I also know it's not easy waiting for all of the magic to happen. While you are waiting, all you can do is be philosophic and patient. In my experience, 15 and 16 year old boys really weren't worth catching anyway, despite all the hype. The one's who couldn't see past your chest usually lacked the intelligence to have a decent conversation anyway. So just hang in there, it will be your turn soon I'm sure. And keep in mind, there are no points for getting periods or boobs early. Pretty much everyone gets them by the end of puberty anyway, and there's no giving any of it back should you decide it wasn't a good idea.

i'd say dont freak out for like another year. i'm sure it will come soon.
look at the positive -- you can probably pull of a lot of clothes and you dont need boobs to pull off a bikini or get boyfriend, you do that by being confident and rocking everything you do.

by the sounds of the pubic hair hun, i'd say really soon. one of my best friends is really flat too but she got hers around the same time i did. hun i know you really want it but it's really not all that great. it's generally painful! don't worry sweetie your time WILL come. just wait, it'll come when you don't expect it.

You will get your period when it is ready...dont be in such a rush for ur period if anthing they are annoying. But no one can tell you when or if your breasts are going to grow because everyone is different. Every woman is not big breasted. But you have time to grow some. I know people who didnt begin to really grow until their late teens and early twenties. But dont rush..it will come in due time!

Oh, I was 15 when I finally started too. I had the flat chest too...then I started and all the sudden I had a really nice B cup right away.

Get a padded bra until you don't need it anymore...or stuff a bra with tissue until you can fill it out.

Just hang in there.

Don't worry about it. You don't want those guys who go after only the girls with big boobs.

Trust me, enjoy the time you have while it lasts. Once you hit puberty, everything goes to hell.

Don't worry, nothings wrong with you. Some people don't get theirs until they are 17. So, you have 2 years, but if you still haven't gotten it be then, go to your doctor, or maybe a new one, just to get a second opinion.

As for your upper area, does your mom or your girl family members have a larger chest. because you might just be a naturally flat person. And there is nothing wrong with that. Don't stuff, or use an expensive cream, or get surgery or anything. Because it's all of to your body and your genes.

I this isn't the answer you want to hear either, and trust me I've heard it before, but your just going to have to wait until it starts. Most likely when you start, your chest will get bigger too.


In the meantime, you can exercise, drink lots of milk, and eat healthy, because cleaning out the body is the first step to getting your period. I'm not saying those things will make it come faster, but they surely won't slow it down. And try to stay stress-free, because that can also slow it down.

omg i was the exact SAME!!!! =O!!! lololol

it is so embarrassing i know. all ur friends DONE with puberty and u barely begun. ive been there. my mom got hers at 15 and i turned 16 and still did not have it.there were times i really really thought i wud just never get it. one of my friends joked that maybe i had an extra y chromosome cuz we had just had that discussion in bio (xx is for women, xy for men but sometimes men have xxy and are feminine-like or xyy and are extremely macho and sometimes women have xxx and are extremely feminine or xxy and are macho....thats what they said i was) i got teased a LOT. like told i had no oestrogen and when would i get my period and did i want to stay a baby forever...and then ofcourse all the boob jokes. and then apart from that its just seeing all ur friends with periods and pads and cramps and big bras and u wonder if ull ever really be part of that world...

but guess what!! believe ur doctor! u ARE gonna catch up. and all at once in this huge growth spurt like i had over the summer when i was 16. Thats when i got my period (and its really not all its cracked up to be but im definitely glad i have it!!). i didnt really notice all the other changes at the time but by the time i went back to school it was evident that i had transformed. I went from barely A to C cup breasts, I grew by a sure few inches, i filled out in butt and hips and wherever else.....i am a true 17yr old now. and it feels great. except woops now i get teasing bout having big boobs but o well!!! girls being jealous of my chest feels wayyyyyy sexier than being laughed at and ridiculed.

SO that is my story and it will be the same for u.;) theres hope my girl XD just stop thinking about it and worrying. i started to ignore the jokes about my immature body and u shud too. at least there are still girls in ur grade that dont have theirs. i was definitely the only one! as far as everyone was concerned anyway. i was like a freak show =P ok not really but sometimes it felt like that. the only reason u wudnt get ur period by 18 is if u had a problem. and u have been checked by a doctor so u know ure safe!! by the time i was 16 i had actually started enjoying not having a period, so u shud 2. but remember to be happy when it comes 2! Even if it doesnt come by october itll come soon enough!

ps- there are benefits to having no chest. no stares from guys and girls, u can wear all kinds of shirts without worrying bout how it looks (no am i showing too much cleavage? to which the answer is usually yes!!) u can wear anything around the house and at night without pointy boobs flopping all over the place....lolol yea thats annoying. and of course u know the benefits of not having a period! no worrying whether its gonna come early, no cramps, no pads and leaking and constant changing...sigh! and btw certain bikinis still looked good on me when i was flat! still wear hot bikinis u arent REALLY as flat as a board if u have pubic hair (forgot to mention i had loads too) and will still look good! go for it!
