Sound okay or maybe freaked him out?

i sent a txt to the guy i've been dating for the past week or so. at first he was calling 4-5 times a day and texting constantly. well, over the past couple of days i've hardly heard from him. compared to how it was anyway.
so i sent him this:
"is everything okay? u don't seem as talkative as b4..just makin sure everythings alright."

does that sound needy or anything? or was it okay?

he replied with "it's straight jut been recouperating and chillin with friends" (he's been away from home and working alot)

so i said that i figured that but just makin sure

did i handle that okay? i just like to know if something has changed, but don't want to come off as needy, because i'm not. it's just that i got used to him being one way and want to make sure the change has nothing to do with us.

um... what did you expect him to say? "I'm just not into you" ?? You've dated him for only a handful of days. Don't be so eager, so available or so clingy.

well first off, i think it is extremely wierd that he would call 4-5 times a day and he hasnt even dated you a week....actually even if my boyfriend of 10 months did that I would find it odd. But anyway, don't ever ask a guy if everything is ok. They hate that. Just do your own thing, make him chase you....He will just get bored with you if he knows all you care about is him....Make him wonder what youre doing instead of the other way around!

well work can be pretty harsh:( and it can come and bring a lot of stress onto his shoulders. What you did is what any other girl would do, dont stress it. text him or maybe even call him or surpirse him by showing up by his work and talk to him:) he'd like that!

Yeah, that's fine to me, just don't bring it up again or that WOULD be needy. But then again, I'm one of those people who HATES any sort of slight neediness, so I guess I'm not the person to answer, sorry. But good luck.

and i would give it a few days, if you feel like you are getting the brush off then you probably are
if everything resumes in a couple of days like before then he was telling the truth

i think thats perfect. if anything i think hes just been busy.

Try and talk with him...if you have been dating him..you outta ask him whats happening..or if something is freaking you!!
