Which department handles the 911 calls that come from the upper east side? |
A 911 call was made near the 19th precinct in NYC and I would like to get a record of the call. How can I do this? I'm not really sure who handles 911 in that area.. However, you cannot get a copy of a 911 call ... it is considered confidential information. If it directly involves you, you might have a chance but you would have to go through an extensive legal process to get it. If it's just curiosity or involves someone you know but not you, forget about it. You should maybe talk to a lawyer for info. Good luck!! |
