Did The Reff in the Man u Vs Wigan game do a bad job Yesterday?

Was it me or did Steve Bennet Make some bad calls yeterday?? Firstly Wigan should have had a penalty when Rio Ferdinand handled the ball, Then he didnt send scholes off when he should have done and after United should have had another penalty??? Now i am a united fan but it seemed he was Rubbish does anyone else agree???

Yes It was dreadful. But it mostly is in every game. Some decisions went uniteds way, less may have went wigans.. Thats just the way it is! In some games teams seem to have the refs 'backing'.
Also if steve bennett made the same decisions in a less high profile game who would care? Youre just giving ammo to everyone else by asking this question... Why don't we just talk about something else now??

The refereeing as a whole this year has been very poor. I think the best way to fix it is allow officials from other countries to ref Premier League games. It will allow you to bring in the best refs in the world and not just the county plus it will make the current officials not just sit on the fact that no matter how bad they are they won't get sacked because no one else is there to take their job.

Oh damn! Was there some football on yesterday - must have missed it. Never mind, I expect it'll all be shown over and over again at the slightest excuse in every news and CA programmes today so I WILL be able to say that he DID do a good job, otherwise gmtv this morning would be full of "experts" telling us how badly he acted as REF - and they're NOT, so he MUST have done a good job.
