Something fishy about this??????

There is something lingering over my mind. I buy video games from my black market source. I'm gonna call him John Doe. Last year or more, for the price of $35, he flashed my XBox 360 hard drive so I could play games on burnt cd's. The burnt disks costs 15 a pop. It is a good deal as oppose to getting them for 60-70. I think I've been a good customer as far as giving him good business and understanding that he might not alway be availabe. He has a wife and son and has a job. This thing here is a side business. Like I said, I'm understanding. Lately though, since Easter weekend, I bought 2 games off of him. Bulley :Scholarship edition and Turok. Both of these games are not reading on my 360. They simply wont run and it says open tray. Ive called him about this and asked him if I could "Schedule and oppointment" to see im about the problem. I get the feeling like he is trying to blow me off. At first he says something came up. I can understand that. Following week he tells me to call him up on the weekend to see if it is a good time to bring it over. I go to him becuase he has the warranty tag. 3rd time, this past weekend, he all of a sudden tell me that after the yard sale, he is going out to dinner. Now in case anyone was wondering, i'm 26 and he is 37. Don't know what signifiacanse that has, just in case you were wondering. Now back to the topic, am I crazy or selfish for being a little annoyed? I always keep my composure when speaking to him so he thinks im not pissed or anything because sometimes, I jump to conclusions. This past weekend, he calls me up to tell me that gta4 is availabel to me and I'm thinking to myself, "I need something looked at". At what point am I to act a little more aggressive? I'm thinking of calling him tonight and just telling him to put my warranty tag on there and severe our ties completly. What should I do? How should I handle this?

I'm not going to lecture you about pirated games because you already know they are wrong, and you are (as you claim) an adult and do not need someone telling you what to do, so here's my answer:
I would be very careful on how you handle this guy. I wouldnt be rude to him or make him think you arent coming back, until you get your warrenty tag back. I would get that and then stop dealing with him, or be weary when you do.
You do have the right to be upset because he isnt living up to his part of "the deal" He should be more considerate of you since you are purchasing his "goods"
Just be careful because you dont want him to completely screw you over.

Pirate software is illegal, you will have no rights whatsoever and no guarantees that it will even work... If you want guarantees then your going to have to pay for legitimate software.
