DUI Georgia Law?

My son got a DUI and a Too Fast For Conditions.
BAC was .135
He flipped his car. One passenger, no one hurt.
What are the likely punishments?
What should he do before court?
This in Georgia, so only answer if you are familiar with the laws. He is having court in Delinquicy court, not traffic court.

Also, I am not asking for personal opinions, I will handle my son how it should be handled, and I know he messed up. I do not need any of you to call him a screw up or anything like that because, he makes straight A's and just got a 33 on his ACT. He has some bad luck, and I do not need your criticisms, only your legal knowledge.
