Stupid I know...?

I've been really stress lately. Anyway I missed my last period. I'm on the pill. And my last period was Mar 8 and lasted about 7 days. And then I started the pill when I should have even though I missed my period. And yes I did test about a week and a half after I missed it and it said no.

And lately I have not been thinking about taking the pill, and I missed four pills. And I had sex with my bf Sunday and wed night. Should I test again soon, and should I start a new pack. I am bleeding now, break through they call it I guess?

My stomach is also upset and bloated, I've been bloated for a few weeks now. Maybe two. I want advice and if this is how anyone got pregnant before? I really don't know if you ovulate on "break through bleeding" or not.

Thanks, I'm all grown up I can handle it if it happens. I have a good job and but my insurance will not kick in till a month or so.

It probably is just because of stress, but you should call your Dr., maybe if it's too soon to do a urine test, they could do a blood test. You definitely don't want to take any more pills until you know for sure that you are not preggo.

you can ovulate with break through bleeding. that is why you are supposed to contact your doc if you have it, so they can change you to something where you don't get that.

You can max only miss 2 birth control pills in a pack... I missed 3 and called the doctor and she told me that I had to wait till after my period to start a new pack. Women get pregnant on the pill so there is always a chance you could have gotten pregnant. You can get First Response early results pregnancy test and check 5 days before your missed period and use your first pee in the morning. Or make a doctors appointment and get a blood test and that is accurate 7 days before your period. Good luck!
