Need some serious advice?

I am separted for the last two years and my husband give one of the childre a metrpcs phone which i 49.00 a month. Well I have been in court a lot going through a divorce. he hasn't been giving me no child support check due to a miss file on his lawyer part but anyway my daughter came and told me that the phone has been cut off. of course she is heart broken. Need some adviec on what to do about this situation. you see he buy things for the children but don't want them to bring it home with them. she tests him a coule of day ago and remind him about the phone. he no show or call bak. now the phone is totally not in service. he must have discontinue the phone. how would you handle this matter.

sorry but some guys wont take responsability for their own actions let alone their kids in a divorce, sounds like he is a bum and you just need to tidy up the court issues etc as fast as you can and let him rot. the kids will eventually see he is a loser, but dont you tell them this stuff as it could alieanate you from the kids, just say he is your dad and sometimes he is forgetfull etc, never put him down to them even though you may want to

He's a loser. Don't rely on him for money, gifts or responsability. Just deal with him as little as possible, don't take him to court or anything. Just try and come to terms with the fact that you had children with a loser.

Tell him to grow up and not shower kids with expensive gadgets. Tell him they need love and attention period!!!
