DC Games Concert Seating?

So I got tickets for this year but am so confused about how seating works..and ys I CALLED the stadium but no one there could tell me how it was going to be done...other event staff are handling it.

but the tickets are kinds of crazy...none of the rows/seats are anywhere near each other and the guy at the ticket window said it didn't matter...the tickets were just for general admission. There were supposed to be field or seats as choices so you would free for all I guess based on who gets int he gate first??? but anyhow - my tickets says lawn. So I don't know if this means we have to be in the side lawn berm type area...or if lawn means we can also go for the field seats? The staff didn't know...but curious about someone's experience with last year?

I really wish it was just assigned seats...I hate chaos and with all the kids that will be there it will surely be nothing but chaos...the line starts forming 3 hours before the doors opens - I know that...now that is just nuts!

We didn't get to ask for seats...and acutally my letter said we had seats on email but what I picked up says we have lawn...said the stadium seats had run out....but guy said it is general admssion and we could "sit" together....now I am so confused....I figured they would put folding chairs on the field...otherwise this is really nothing but chaos!!!

if you have field tickets for the concert there are no seats you will be standing on the field for however long the taping lasts. If you asked for stadium tickets you will have seats.

Lawn in the best seating!!! There are actually no seats in lawn but that's where you can run up to the stage if you can push through the crowd! Lawn is also where you have the most opportunity for autographs. :) Hope this helped. PS make sure you get there at 7 so you can stand really close to the stage!
