Question for Christians ONLY??? (what do i do??)?

Ok, how would you handle a situation like this: If a non christian person calls you out of your name, and disrespects you constantly, how do you respond to this?? Plus, in my school, when you let people get away with calling you names, then, everyone automatically thinks that your a punk, and they all sart picking on you. So what do i do??

Atheist, i would really appreciate it, if you dont answer. Nothing against you, i just want a response from people of my religion on how to treat this situation.

God gave you a mouth to speak up for yourself. so speak up for yourself and do not be afraid.

Figure out something witty to say back to him/her and still show you're willing to put all this behind and start new.

If physical,fight back if you have to,tell teachers and principals,possibly your parents, or just see if you can be removed from that particular person.

However you handle the person bullying you.Do it in a way that shows that you can stand up for yourself and still be respectful even friendly towards the person.

Honestly, the only thing I've found that works when people are mean to me is to act like it doesn't bother me. Picking on someone loses its fun when that person isn't phased by it. That can be difficult though, depending on how extreme it is. As someone else said, it IS bullying, and it's also religious discrimination. I don't think you would get away with picking on a Muslim or a Hindu person for their religion, would you? Well, no one should be able to belittle you because of your faith. I know "tattling" sucks, but if it gets out of hand, this person needs to know it is NOT acceptable.

Yes, Christians are supposed to be loving and "turn the other cheek," but don't let people walk all over you.
