How do I handle a noisey neighbor?

I'm a 17 year resident in a mobile home park. Recently I got a new neighbor that constantly disturbs my peace and quiet with loud music and sometimes they put the speakers in the window. It is in violation of the Park Rules, but after 7 complaints (written & verbal) to Management, nothing is being done. I've tried talking to the neighbor, but was informed she will not stop it. I have letters to the owner of the park and management. I'm trying to find the local ordinances for my town, but haven't found them yet. I am awaiting a phone call from a Local Policeman to get his input too. What else can I do?

Depending on where you live you may have a claim in landlord/tenant court.

As a general rule management cannot act without a police report.

Since you've already spoken to management and to the neighbor directly, its obvious that you're not afraid.

So why not call the cops when this person does this so you can build up a case against them? Calling some local cop to get his input isn't enough. You pay taxes so that they can come out, do their jobs, and catch this person in the act.

document all of your conversations, interactions, and infractions. continue doing what you've begun. call 911 if the noise continues and follow up with letters & calls to management. seek the advice of an attorney if nothing happens with the management company.
