I am a Naval veteran. I served almost 10 years and I got out. After searching for what seemed for ever for a job I was reduced to take a job cutting grass at a cemetary for $6.50.I started monday and worked 4 hours.I told the foreman(foreign National-Africa)whom with his other employees also the same race, refered to me as "That White Dude" That Tuesday I would not be there do to me helping with a charity organization. I have been trying to get back into the military and my recruiter scheduled paperwork and such for me wendsday. I tried calling the cemetary and not to my suprise there was no answer. Thursday I had a job interview and offer that would pay closer to $10. Again I called no answer . Friday the foreman calls me and accuses me of stealing something from the locked office andsujest that I learned to pick locks in the military and harrasses me on the phone.My Girlfriend got on the phone told him what was what and let him go.How should I handle this. the workes are all felons

I would tell him straight up how you feel about the whole situation. Sounds like the foreman is a little prejudice towards white people. Now you could take it up a notch and get a lawyer.
