Do you think I have a good enough case? |
I cant afford a lawyer. I go to a private school in california. I told my teacher I had a kidney infection and wanted to just sit after doing my assigned clean up. He said "tell you boyfriend to stop hitting it so hard" I felt that was inappropriate. I went to the next person up the Director, he said he would talk to him. I felt he wouldnt handle it right, I went to the dean/president of the school he assured me it would be handled seriously and not a tap on the wrist. The director talk to my teacher and wanted to sit us down I couldnt have made it any more clear how uncomfortable I was and would come to him and sit down with them when I was comfortable. My teacher called all the students into the class about 60 students and singled me out in front of everyone, saying my name and saying he got written up & almost fired because of me. I looked up and the director was standing there. I was in shock, and super stressed I have been stressed since friday. Events: I doubt there is anything there you could sue and win over. The Teacher is a union member in the NEA. Yes, you do. have you spoken to your parents about this? You need to look up California free law centers or a legal aid attorney. this is serious stuff and that remark was HIGHLY inapporopriate. HELLOOOOOOO SHE SAID SHE WAS emancipated ! i.e. NO PARENTS! I dont thanks you have any grounds! Sorry only if it was a repetitative thing that went on for years mabye yea. But everyone are embarrassed by society one time or another. |
