Why did he kiss me, is he up to something or was he just being nice? |
I met a guy on line and he asked me on a date and included my son. He was great with my son and we spent all day together. At the end of the date he said he was really glad we met, made plans to come and see me, spoke to my son about the things he was going to teach him next and bent into my car window and slipped me the tongue Sounds like a beginning except....the next 2 days his computer was down and he got a flat tire and couldn't pick up when I normally called but called and apologized that he had been unavailable and said he'd meet me on line. I came on line to find a message that he is not attracted to me sexually and we can be friends,if I want, but that is all. I said I wasn't attracted to him either but he had been so nice and good to my son, I talked myself into giving him a chance and would have, but would leave friendship up to him since I am not sure he was really interested in that and he has my IM and phone. What happened here and did I handle that right? I also said it wasn't necessary to french me and make plans to see me if he wasn't interested and by doing those things he had implied a future and done to me on a much lesser scale what a nigerian scammer pretending to be romantically interested had done to him That's exactly why you shouldn't bring your kids on dates! The poor kid was promised that he would have a friend and a mentor. What a jerk this guy is, but at least you found out now before you got attached. Do not be this person's friend. Well, you did. What's the use of continuing, if he isn't in it? And ask your self: do you want to continue? Your choice matters. In a relationship, both people should understand, and be intersted in each other. Most importantly, you should know. |
