Whats the best processors for a new laptop?

I'm looking to purchase a new computer, and I'm only wanting to spend at most like 650. Most all the specs look all the same for each computer except the processors... and like video cards and what not. What processor do you feel would be the best and could handle heavy multi tasking. Generally its 160 GB, and a 2 GB ram DDR or what its called. And on that note for the ram, what do you think is a good one as well? THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE!

Quad cores and core2extremes are available for notebooks, but just the processor will cost you more than $600.

Just get a core2duo 2.0 Ghz.
There are different types of ram, and it is dependent on your motherboard. For the most part try to get 1GB. Most right now are 667Mhz, or ddr2-pc5300.
For your price range try walmart.com, or laptopoutlet.com
