I don't know how to handle this?

Early Wednesday morning my neighbor called me and asked if I would be around to watch her cats over the weekend. I said yes, but didn't really get dates just "weekend" so I assumed that meant saturday and sunday. Well I didn't see her on thrusday or friday, so I fed them, and than like I had agreed to on saturday and sunday. It now being almost midnight on monday and I have not seen her car pull up and i'm getting worried. If I don't see her tomorrow than what should I do? I have a cell phone number but it keeps going to collect calling, I'm going to see if my sister has a calling card, but If she doesn't than I don't know what to do. By the way I'm 14 and my parents are sure on what to do either...I asked if I should report a missing persons report, but thought the minute I did she would show up and I don't know her well enough to know what is odd for her schedual.

Well, first of all do you like cats?? Do you know whether or not she has had car trouble? Maybe she has done a midnight flit and left the cats behind?? You know maybe there is a simple explanation for it all, but dont be surprised if they have moved and left you holding the kitty.,lol. Have you checked to see if there furniture is still there.? I would leave it till the following weekend and if you still are having to feed the cats I presume by then you would be buying food for them. I would contact Animal Welfare or something like that to come and rescue you from this problem. It really wasnt very fair on your neighbour to ask you but there again shrewd to do so as your not as likely to ask so many questions on why you are having to feed the cats in the first place.....Good Luck get you parents to try and track them down not you. Surely your schooling must take first place.

most payphones offer the first 4 min of long distance for a dollar... dial the number before putting in money and it will tell you how much it is!!! 4 min is plenty of time to get the scoop!!

Call the police department and ask them for help and they will assist you free of charge.........

try to call her if you can... i would say if she's not back by tuesday then start to get worried... i could've been a long weekend, very long.
