Heart rate too high??

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and just did about an hour solid of regular cleaning - just windows and dusting. I know that as I get bigger my body can handle less and less work. I'm worried however that my heart rate is too high. I've been resting, feet up, for about 20-30 minutes and my heart rate is waivering between 100 and 130 bpms. My chest is feeling kind of tight at random stages.
My blood pressue has always been on the lower side this pregnancy and before. Monday it was 110/60. Everything up until now has been normal. I was just wondering if I should be concerned enough to call my OB or if I should give it more time and rest. Thanks!!

Just rest a little longer and NO MORE CLEANING TODAY. You have to let your body rest now. Not just for you, but for the baby. If your heartrate does not go down soon, I would call your doc just to let them know what's happening.

my heart rate is always a little elevated during preg, but if your having chest tightness then you should call.

just wait a lil while longer and rest...maybe your nesting. if you get any pains in your chest call the doctor right away.

My heart did that the whole time I was pregnant. They said it was normal. They said 50% of women have this problem. Call your doctor if you are concerned.
